Six fairways traversed cow pastures, resulting in recurring issues with the local farmers. In 1937, the Austrian Golf Association (ÖGV) conducted an inspection of the course to determine if it met the required standards. However, even the president of the ÖGV, none other than Heinrich von Kuh himself, was unable to convince the farmers to relocate their cows despite personally attending the inspection.
